Q. When will tickets be available?
A. Tickets go on sale January 1st, 2017
Q. Are tickets less expensive if I purchase them in advance?
A. Yes, they are. Discount prices on 3 day festival tickets will go up $5 each month starting with the lowest price in January until June.
Q. What does it mean when you say, “Camping purchase must also include at least 1 3-Day festival ticket?”
A. In order to purchase a camping site for the festival, you must also purchase at least one (1) 3-day festival ticket.
Q. Where is the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds located?

Q. Are there restaurants or stores close-by?
A. Yes. There is a supermarket, retail stores and restaurants very close to the fairgrounds. Many are within easy walking distance.
Q. What else should we see and do while visiting Victorville?
A. We suggest you take the time to visit the Route 66 Museum. They will have a booth at the festival to provide more information.
Q. Can I get a reserved camping site?
A. Yes and No. No, if you are purchasing a dry camping site. Everyone who purchases a camping site will have one but the location of these sites will be available on a first come – first serve basis. We encourage you to arrive early for the best selection of sites. Yes, if you are purchasing a site with hook-ups, you will have a reserved site. Q. Can I save a camping site for a friend?
A. Yes, you can if your friend has purchased a camping site in advance. These sites can be saved until 5:00 pm on Friday. At that time, they must be made available to new arrivals.
Q. How early can I arrive?
A. The gates will open for camping admission at 8:00 am on Thursday.
Q. Do hook-up sites include power, water and sewer?
A. They have electric and water. There is an on-site dump station available.
Q. Is there shade in the campground?
A. There is a limited amount of shade in the camping area.
Q. Is there a quiet/non-jamming area?
A. In a word, no. Please be prepared for late night jamming throughout the campground.
Q. Can I run my generator?
A. Of course. However, generator hours are limited to 8:00 am – 10:00 pm and we ask that you limit running them to no more than an hour at a time. If you feel you may need more than that, we suggest you purchase a hook-up site.
Q. Are there handicap camping sites available?
A. Yes. These spaces will be available on a first come – first served basis. You must display a handicap placard or license plates to camp in these spaces.
Q. Can we stay over on Sunday night?
A. Sunday night camping will be available for an additional charge of $20. This will be collected as you exit on Monday, before noon.

Q. When will the Songwriter’s Showcase be held?
A. On Friday June 16, this event is sponsored by the SouthWest Bluegrass Association
Q. Will there be workshops?
A. We will be presenting some unique and informative workshops.
Q. What is there for the kid’s to do?
A. We are offering a variety of fun games and activities for the kids. Most of these will take place on Saturday.

Q. What are the jamming hours allowed in the campground?
A. This is a Bluegrass festival. That means jamming is allowed at all hours. We only ask that you be respectful of others.
Q. What if I come for the day and want to stay late to jam?
A. There will be “after hours” jamming passes available at the walk-in gate, for an additional charge of $15. This will allow you to park inside the grounds and remain until 2:00 am.
Q. Is there any shade in the audience area?
A. The entire audience area is under cover and shady. There are NO bad seats for this show!
Q. Are there restrooms and showers?
A. There are permanent bathroom facilities throughout the fairgrounds. NO porta-potties! There is also a shower building available.
Q. Will there be food vendors?
A. There will be a variety of food, crafts and information vendors.

Q. Is this festival handicap accessible?
A. The fairgrounds is completely level throughout and easily accessible to our handicapped guests.
Q. I want to help. What can I do?
A. We are signing up volunteers who are willing and able to work the gates. These volunteers will be compensated with various levels of free tickets, depending on hours worked. Please send a text to 760-218-8752 to let us know you are interested and our volunteer coordinator will be in touch.
